Defining the areas of intervention

During the first interview, the company presents us which issues it is encountering, and together we define the areas of intervention:

This is followed by an audit on site aimed at analysing:

THE ANALYSIS PHASE IS COMPLETE

Our processing of the information coming from the audit closes this first phase, which will be the basis for:

  • implementing new processes
  • improving the use of staff
  • checking if the costs incurred correspond to the updated standard data
  • maximizing the margin

After having set together the goals to achieve and the indicators to monitor the standard of performance and quality, we use the data extrapolated in the analysis phase to carefully plan the actions to be taken, and define the budget and time needed to implement them.
The entire process will be presented for approval and for defining the implementation times.
